The wireless network covers all of the departures area including the Business Quiet Area.

How do I access the Internet?

Your wireless-enabled laptop should automatically detect the WiFiZone - The Cloud™ network identifier (SSID). If not, simply manually set your network identifier to The Cloud™ and follow your laptop on screen instructions.
If you experience any difficulties, call the The Cloud™ helpline on 0870 900 9434 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

How much does it cost?

For 30 minutes of online time the cost is just £2.99. There is also a range of other tariffs available either via The Cloud helpline or at www.thecloud.net.

How do I pay?

You can either purchase a voucher from St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International or Ashford International terminals, or pay online using a debit or credit card.

At Ashford: Vouchers are available from both the Ticket Office (before check-in) and Information Desk (after check-in).

For credit/debit card purchases in the terminals, a minimum of £5 online time must be purchased, but by opening a The Cloud™ account, you can store your remaining credit for the next time you travel.
