Ticket Collection

Ticket collection at St Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford International stations

Tickets can be collected from the automatic E ticket dispensers, situated at check-in, any time prior to travel. Clients will need to enter their booking reference. Tickets can also be collected from the ticket desk.

Ticket collection at the Gare du Nord in Paris

We have recently introduced new e-ticketing machines to the Gare du Nord in Paris that will allow clients to automatically print out their Eurostar tickets. These are situated on the mezzanine level next to the Eurostar ticket office. Clients will need to enter their booking reference. Tickets can also be collected from the ticket desk.

Ticket collection at the Gare du Midi in Brussels

Tickets must be collected from the Rail-tours office in the Eurostar concourse, where cleints will be asked for their 8 letter booking reference and their passport before the tickets are issued.

When travelling from Belgium stations clients will only be able to use the Eurostar 'Any Belgium station' portion of their ticket if they have their tickets in possession at the time of travel. Ticket on departures can only be arranged from Brussels Midi.

Ticket collection at Lille Europe

Tickets can be collected from any SNCF ticket desk. These are situated in the sales unit "espace vente" which is located in the centre of the station. It is essential thay clients have their 6 letter reference number with them as well as the credit card with the number you entered into the booking using the "ticket anywhere" procedure as follows:

For Lille and selected French station TODs, a credit or debit card number needs to be entered into the booking. The card number is purely to identify the passenger and the card is not used for payment. The passenger will be required to produce the card in order to collect tickets (without this card, tickets cannot be printed). There is no need to specify a station code.

Please note that flexible tickets can only be exchanged once the tickets have been collected by the client.

What documents do clients need when picking up tickets at the station?

Clients will simply require their booking reference and passport.

Please Note:

Tickets can be collected at any time prior to departure between 05.00 and 21.30 but they must collected at least 45 minutes prior to the train leaving. Both the outbound and return journey tickets will be issued at the same time.
