Ticket collection at Lille Europe
Tickets can be collected from any SNCF ticket desk. These are situated in the sales unit "espace vente" which is located in the centre of the station. It is essential that clients have their reference number with them as well as the credit card with the number you entered into the booking using the "ticket anywhere" procedure as follows:
For Lille and selected French station TODs, a credit or debit card number needs to be entered into the booking. The card number is purely to identify the passenger and the card is not used for payment. The passenger will be required to produce the card in order to collect tickets (without this card, tickets cannot be printed). There is no need to specify a station code.
