Our boarding guarantee
Your customer can travel on the train they need, even if Business Premier is full. For peace of mind and even greater flexibility, from May our boarding guarantee means Business Premier ticket holders can be sure they’ll travel on the train they need.
How it works
At the station head to the Eurostar ticket office (or in Brussels go straight to check-in) to change your booking to the train you need.
If Business Premier is full we guarantee to find you a seat elsewhere on the train. In this case you'll receive a Boarding Guarantee pass with your new coach and seat number.
Use this pass for fast-track check-in and entry to the Business Premier lounge.
Show it to the team in the lounge so that once check-in has closed they can check to see if any seats in Business Premier have become available.
Available at London St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International, Ashford International, Paris Gare du Nord and Brussels-Midi/Zuid.
Our boarding guarantee is available with Business Premier tickets which remain fully flexible subject to availability.
Business Premier taxi booking service - NEW
Book a taxi in the Business Premier lounge and beat the queues when you arrive. Simply speak to a member of staff at the reception desk to book your taxi, then look out for your driver when you arrive at your destination.
What’s more, in Business Premier if you don’t have time to book in the lounge, you can now book your taxi on board. Just ask for a taxi booking voucher when you board.
