Eurostar

Special Travel Needs

We're here to help

We have people on hand at all our terminals in case you need a hand getting to (or from) any of our trains. Just try and arrive early (about 45 minutes before your train leaves) and let us know.

Baby Bottles

Toilets And Baby Changing Facilities

In all of our terminals and at the end of every single carriage on our trains, you can find a toilet. If you're a baby and need changing, you'll need to crawl your way to carriage 1 or 18. Staff will warm bottles on request.

Wheelchair

Wheelchair Users

We have a wheelchair user fare so that you can travel with us in your own wheelchair in a special part of the train. One travelling companion can accompany you at a reduced rate. Click here for more information.

Unaccompanied Minors

Unaccompanied Minors

We don't let children under the age of twelve onto our trains by themselves. However, we will consider doing this for 12 to 15 year olds click here for more information.

We're delighted to be able to tell you that guide dogs are accepted on board. Unfortunately, these are the only animals that can travel on Eurostar: elephants, cobras and foxes are all still a definite no, no. Click here for more details.

* Our new Standard Premier class is on sale as of 5 May, for travel from 1 September onwards, and will replace our current Leisure Select class.
