Steve - E4A Team Manager

Steve has worked with the company for thirteen years and for the last four he has been working in E4A as 'the man who must be obeyed'. His job involves sending thousands of emails a day and he has a keen focus on customer service for both internal and external clients.

Natalie - E4A Team leader

Natalie has been working for the company for ten years and within E4A for the last four. Second in command to Steve, she covers anything and everything including contracts with Michelle Lemar, Elgar and even dabbling in GDS! Well known in the department as 'checkout supervisor', if she doesn't know the answer to a question, trust her, she'll find it!

James - E4A senior

James has worked for Eurostar for five years and with in E4A for two of those. He works with Elgar but is in his element with the GDS system. Known as the 'GDS Wizard', any queries and he'll have the answer. He has a sense of humour drier than the Sahara.

Tracie - E4A Senior

Tracie has worked for Eurostar for twelve years and in E4A for the past year. She is currently involved in working with the GDS project and with the overseas travel trade. Along with James, she is in the process of training the rest of the team on the GDS system and is very much known as the 'GDS Queen'! Tracie is also responsible for updating the E4A website.

Debra - E4A advisor

Debra has been working for Eurostar for six years and for the last 12 months has moved to the E4A team, always happy to help anyone, bringing variety and spice to the department and works with Elgar, GDS, emails and mail communications.

Lesley - E4A Senior

Lesley has been working for Eurostar for six years and with the E4A team for four and half. Responsible for mail queries, emails, Fam trips with agents and also GDS, she is the northern representative of the team. Often seen as the angel of the north competing with the mouth of the south!

Myriam - E4A Advisor

Myriam has also been working for Eurostar for six years. In fact Lesley Debra and Myriam all started on the same day. She has been in the E4A team for the past four years.  She enjoys the variety of her role, one minute dealing with clients on the phone and the next via email. Well known for resolving difficult situations on behalf of customers, often dealing with France and Belgium. Myriam is the lady to speak to for answering queries in French as she is herself French, Oh la la, and has plenty of va va voom!

Nikki - E4A Senior

Nikki is a new addition to the team and has been working in E4A for around one month. She is currently covering the GDS groups queue, whilst also working with Elgar and internal systems. She has been away working in the main leisure sales department for the last ten years but watch out, 'She's Back'!

Sarah - E4A Senior

Sarah has worked for Eurostar for eleven years and has returned to E4A after one year working with Group Sales and another on maternity leave. She is currently working as an E4A Advisor whilst learning the ropes with GDS. Sarah was part of the original E4A Team back in 2002 and spent four years as Steve's number one before moving to pastures new. She is really pleased to have returned to such a great team.

Brian - E4A Advisor

Brian has been working for Eurostar for thirteen years and with E4A for the last four months. He works with Amadeus, Elgar and Opera and operates the international airline group bookings. He comes in at nine, buries his head in his computer and occasionally coming up for lunch if he can remember.

Rachel - E4A Advisor

Rachel has been working for Eurostar and the E4A team for 8 Months now. She works with Opera, Elgar, Amadeus and emails. Always happy to make a cup of tea, she's known as the Aunt Sally of the team because she can have her cake and eat it.

Alex - E4A Senior Advisor

Mike - E4A Advisor

Mike has been working for the company on and off for the past three years, whenever not at University. He has been part of E4A for the last two and will put his hand to anything possible, including Opera, Elgar and Emails, but his real interest lies with GDS! If there is a reason, he'll know it, and if not, he'll find it! Universally renowned as the 'poshest' member of the team, for reasons unbeknown to himself!
