How does my client become a member?

Its very simple, all they need to do is fill in an application form and include a copy of a return ticket from £185 or 2 singles from £92.50 each. We'll send them their membership number so they can start earning points straight away.

Application forms can be found in the Eurostar Terminals, by calling the Eurostar Frequent Traveller service centre or online at eurostar.com. Alternatively, you can download and send the application PDF by email.

Once your client has completed a second trip we'll send them their membership card and they can start enjoying all the membership benefits.

*Tickets will be accepted up to 3 months after date of travel, and must be travelled on to qualify. Photocopies are required. Originals cannot be returned

Can I complete a Eurostar Frequent Traveller application form on my clients behalf?

No. Due to the Data Protection Act all customer applications must be personally signed.

Can I review my clients Frequent Traveller account details?

How can I enter my clients EFT details onto GDS?

To ensure the points are credited on members' accounts you must enter the client's membership number on every GDS booking made, using the entries below.

All you need to do is simply input the last 17 digits of their membership number into the "name" field in place of the client name. There is no need to enter the client name, as this will be generated automatically once a valid membership number has been entered. The points will then be credited to their account when they check-in.

To add an EFT membership number to an existing booking, simply delete the name field and use the above entry. This applies only if the booking is in provisional status. For ticketed bookings, the client will need to register points at Eurostar Terminals.
