Before you can enjoy member benefits, qualify for membership by buying a ticket at a qualifying fare (1 return trip of £185 minimum or 2 singles at £92.50 each) and you will receive your Eurostar Frequent Traveller membership number, so that you can quote it to accrue points for all future journeys.
Eurostar Frequent Traveller Member benefits
After you’ve purchased a qualifying ticket, make a second journey at any fare and receive your Eurostar carte classique card, with benefits including:
- ticket pickup using your card at our e-ticket machines in Paris and London* (*Eurostar e-ticket machines available from Spring 2007)
- SMS alert service forewarning you in the rare event that your train has been cancelled
- commission-free currency, exclusive savings and discounts
- dedicated customer contact centre and online account management
Eurostar Carte Blanche holder benefits
Earn over 1,500 points in a membership year (the equivalent of 5 Business Premier return trips) and join the privileged few by becoming a Eurostar carte blanche card holder with additional benefits including:

- express 10 minute check-in
- priority taxi service
