Booking Tips

Eurostar is bookable on the following destinations listed below. For Calais-Frethun and any onward destinations please call Continental Trade on 08448 242524. Agents in the US can contact Rail Europe or book on line at www.agent.raileurope.com

  • Ideally use specific station codes when checking availability. If a train does not appear as expected, use 1* to check later availability. For Lon-Par and Lon-Bru availability, always check station codes to ensure you do not book Ebbsfleet instead of St Pancras!   
  • If not using specific station codes, use  ‡9F in availability entries to display Eurostar destinations e.g. 115APRLONPAR‡9F.                          
  • Use your Sabre ‘encode’ or ‘decode’ command to check station codes.
  • Do not book multiple sectors
  • Combining Eurostar and Air/Hotels - please e-ticket and price separately.

Booking horizon
UK agents

  • You may check availability and make reservations up to 120 days in advance. Disney trains may vary, for more information refer to eurostar4agents.

US agents

  • You may check availability and make reservations up to 270 days in advance.

Open jaws

Open jaws are not supported.

  • For journeys that involve St Pancras / Ebbsfleet / Ashford combinations, book a return ticket to St Pancras and ensure train stops at required station.
  • For journeys out to one destination and back from another, e.g. London - Paris / Brussels - London a combination of one ways will be required in seperate PNR's.

Multiple passenger bookings

For multi-passenger bookings, all e-tickets must be issued together in the same e-ticketing entry W‡PQ (record number). In order to ensure this happens, use the multiple pricing entry e.g. WPN1.0-3.0 to create one PQ for all passengers.

Names

For double-barrelled names, please remove any spaces and hyphens e.g. Miss Emily Langley-Parker should be entered as LANGLEYPARKER/E

Profiles

Can be used for booking Eurostar where the name field complies with the above.

Duplicate names

Identical names within same PNR will cause booking to reject as a duplicate
Eg: Partridge/CMr and Partridge/CMr
Or
Polle/SusanMs and Polle/SusanMs

To avoid your booking rejecting, use combination of initials and/or names
Eg Partridge/ChrisMr and Partridge/ChristopherMr or Partridge/CMr and Partridge/ChrisMr
Or
Polle/SusanMs and Polle/SMs
