Special meals can be processed via an SSR (see below).

Special meal options

Meals are included in Business Premier and Standard Premier. For travellers in Standard class, light meals, snacks and hot drinks are available to purchase from the bar buffet located in carriages 6 and 13.

Please note: Once the ER entry has been input, please refresh the booking by entering IR. Now check SSRs displayed as these should always be confirmed KK within a short time. Please make sure you have allocated seats before booking meals.

When processing a revalidation or reissue you must cancel the original meal request and re-book after you have confirmed seats. Therefore you must IR the PNR to refresh and confirm seats before requesting the meal.
