Voiding

  • Voiding can be carried out on the day of issue only.
  • Ensure the e-ticket record is voided before cancelling the itinerary.
  • Do not attempt to amend the booking as the e-ticket will not be able to be issued. Please rebook using a new PNR.
  • Though ARC (for US agents) has a void window of 48 hours, Eurostar is unable to comply with this. If void is not processed on the day of issue, ticket must be cancelled and refunded.
