E ticketing and Ticket collection

Eurostar bookings are all e-ticket

Bookings can now either be collected at the e-ticket machines in our stations or via our print at home service, that is now available to use for tickets booked on GDS. This gives the traveller the ability to print their own boarding pass before travel.

Collecting for the e-ticket machines:

In the UK, Brussels and Paris, travellers collect their tickets at the e-ticket machines using the 9F or Galileo locator.

• In Lille and Disney, tickets are collected from the ticket office at the station or at an SNCF self service machine.
