Changes to Itinerary before e-ticketing
- Short cut entries are not available when changing class of service (see example below)
- Changes to time/date are made in the usual way. Always IR to check new seats and ticketing time limit.
- Changes that involve rebooking the same train but changing booking class must be done in 2 transactions as follows:
- Cancel sector no longer required. Receive from and ER.
- Display availability and request the sector and new class.
- Receive from and ER the booking.
- Ignore and retrieve the booking to refresh the display and check SSRs have been received.
