Eurostar participates in BSP and has standard IATA codes 9F/814. Eurostar is an electronic ticket vendor.
Refund advice
Eurostar bookings have either an OPEN or FLWN status. When an e-ticket shows OPEN status a refund can be performed on Amadeus. Refer to the Refunds, Revalidation and Reissue and Voiding tabs for important information on all these procedures.
Credit card and Merchant fees
As is currently the case on Elgar, Eurostar does not pay the merchant fee. To avoid receiving ADM's for these fees, use non ref or cash. The following cards are supported: Amex, MasterCard , Visa, Maestro, Solo Electron. Any applicable charges will be invoiced monthly. Please contact creditcontrol@eurostar.com for merchant fee billing queries.

Enter only one form of payment and do not 'passenger relate' to enable e-tickets to be issued correctly.
Sector Fees
A £5 sector fee will be paid on a monthly basis by Eurostar via an ACM for the following fares booked to Paris, Brussels or Lille.
