Eurostar participates in ARC and has standard IATA codes 9F/814. Eurostar is an electronic ticket vendor.

Refund advice

Eurostar bookings have either an OPEN or FLWN status. If a ticket has been printed it is then considered as travelled (FLWN status). Contact Eurostar USA at gdssalesusa@eurostar.com to request a refund. Refer to revalidation and reissue and voiding tabs for important information on all these procedures.
