Core Destinations

Please note this procedure is for bookings made through Elgar only. For GDS bookings just e-ticket as normal.

For our core destinations of London / Ashford / Paris and Brussels, the entries to set up a ticket on departure are as follows:

Galileo T.TOD/ASI (example Ashford)

Sabre 7T/TOD/ASI (example Ashford)

Worldspan @8TL/ASI (example Ashford)

Amadeus R/TKTOD/ASI (example Ashford)

The above example shows ASI, the 3-letter code for Ashford. For London, Paris or Brussels, please substitute with the relevant station code. The Client then needs to follow the below ticketing procedure, for that station.

St Pancras, Ebbsfleet and Ashford: e-ticket machines can be found throughout the ticket office and departures area at St Pancras International and next to the check-in gates at Ashford International. Your traveller will need the 6 or 8 character booking reference.

Paris: e-ticket machines can be found in the Eurostar ticket office area on the mezzanine level. Your traveller will need the 6 character booking reference.

Brussels : tickets can be collected from the Railtour office, situated inside Brussels Midi/Zuid. The office is open from 0630 to 2130 every day.

Lille, Calais, Disney and selected French stations

For Lille and selected French station TODs, a credit or debit card number needs to be entered into the booking. The card number is purely to identify the passenger and the card is not used for payment. The passenger will be required to produce the card in order to collect tickets (without this card, tickets cannot be printed). There is no need to specify a station code.
