e-Ticket Collection is a simple and user-friendly system that enables Eurostar passengers to collect their tickets from the e-ticketing machines. They use touch-screen technology to guide the passenger through the procedure. All you have to do is arrange a Ticket on Departure as normal to London St Pancras and provide your customer with the 8 or 6 character Elgar reference or 9F locator.
It is available to all UK and US agents using Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Apollo.

St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International and Ashford International:
There are 18 e-ticket machines at St Pancras International, these are located in the ticket office and opposite check-in. There are 5 e-ticket machines at Ebbsfleet International, located opposite the Avis desk and 1 e-ticket machine next to the check-in gates at Ashford International. Travellers will need the 6 or 8 character Elgar booking reference or 9F locator.
Paris Gare du Nord:
There are 6 e-ticket machines at Paris Gare du Nord located near the Eurostar ticket office on the mezzanine level. Travellers will need the 6 character booking reference. Tickets can also be collected from yellow SNCF ticket machines.
Brussels Gare du Midi:
There are 2 e-ticket machines at Brussels Gare du Midi located in the Eurostar check in area. Travellers will need the 6 character booking reference.

Ticket Collection
- Touch the screen and select the appropriate language
- Enter their six or eight lettered locator reference of 9F. Click 'confirm' to continue
- Credit card verification will not be necessary as booked through TMC and the process will move automatically to the next stage before printing
- All tickets including receipt will be printed. Please note, if the reservation has been amended between booking and collection, travellers will need to go to the ticket office to collect tickets
- Proceed to check-in using the automatic check-in gates

Exchanges (fully flexible fares only)
- Insert ticket via the e-ticket machine. Current itinerary will appear on screen
- Select option to change service. Options will appear for the next four services. Choose the new service required.
- Proceed to check-in using new boarding pass. Please keep original tickets, as boarding pass is not valid without original reservation
