For clients who have a ticket originating in St Pancras but who now wish to board at either Ebbsfleet or Ashford, simply check to see whether the St Pancras train stops at the required station and the clients may board via manual check in.
There is no longer any need to fax the booking details to the Duty Manager at Ashford station.
Tickets should be booked for departure from Ebbsfleet or Ashford where possible.
